The account is the highest level of organizational hierarchy in BWX. Each user can be associated to one account only. You can verify your account by going to Settings, and then clicking on My Account.
You can learn more about the organizational hierarchy used by BWX at Accounts, Organizations and Organizational Units.
In My Account, you will find three tabs that encompass various basic settings that can be set-up to be standard to the lower organizational levels.
1. Account Settings
2. MT Settings
3. Domains
We will detail each one of them in the following sections.
1. Account Settings
1.1 Account plan
The first portion displayed contains information about your BWX plan. There, you can see how many active users you have and how many available seats are included in your subscription. In addition, you can alter your plan, change your payment method, or cancel your account.
More information about our different plans and how to manage your subscription may be found on our website Pricing and in our article How to subscribe and manage your BWX plan.
1.2 Raw processed volume
In second section you will be able to visualize and keep track of raw processed characters and words volume. Regardless of segments being translated/confirmed, raw processed words consider source/target content at the time the work unit is formed. These figures are broken down by month.
1.3 Machine translation
The third section displays the number of characters and words handled by machine translation. This volume will be tracked monthly and will include both source and target content at the time of work unit creation and each time the segment is translated or rerun by machine translation and suggestions.
1.4 Enable quote automation
Quote automation is a feature that enables BWX to run through the project and determine the project costs without the need for human validation.
When enabled, the platform will perform quotation automation immediately after creating a project, and the project's status will instantly change to pending, ready for client approval.
When disabled, after creating the project, the Project Manager must manually insert the quote into the system and change the project's status from draft to pending.

2.2. You'll be able to see a list of custom settings that are currently in use or that can be set as the default.
2.3. Displays any language pair-defined configuration.

3. Domains
If you are a Enterprise subscriber, it is possible to personalize your BWX domain. It can be done at the account level, by accessing the Domains tab. Currently, this setting is available for sys_admin users. So, if you want to personalize your domain, please contact us at help@bwx.io, and we will gladly help you do it.
3.1. Custom subdomain
After contacting the support, you can specify and share with the team your selected subdomain. The BWX support team will enter it in the format subdomain.bwx.io. After saving the new domain, it may take up to 72 hours for the platform to process and take effect.
3.2. Bring your own subdomain
It is also possible to associate a subdomain that points to BWX with your own domain. The subdomain.yourdomain.com format is utilized for this setting. This feature necessitates additional maintenance to your plan billing. After contacting our support team, you will need to provide them your certificate, private key and certificate chain in PEM format, along with the chosen subdomain. The team will insert all those information into the platform on your behalf. It can also take up to 72 hours for the platform to process and take effect.
