Bureau Works offers exclusive data processing and storage in European-based servers upon request for all Bureau Works paying subscribers.

If you are a Quantum subscriber and would like your data to be exclusively held in AWS European-based servers please reach out to our support team and we will process this for you.

Please keep in mind that if you do switch and already have data on our US servers, this data will not be available in your European Servers as the entire database is new and unique to our European instance.

Namely, all the cryptographic keys, databases, and content are all held in European-only storage by AWS. Specifically, we use AWS Ireland servers.

The web application that runs entirely in the browser is loaded from servers that are not necessarily managed in Europe (Edge Network), for speed and reliability. No data is processed during the web application loading. 

We are governed by SOC 2 Type 2 standards and as such we are third-party audited yearly to ensure our data management practices are all up to date and code.
