Bureau Works uses Artificial Intelligence to decide who are the people most likely to complete any given translation assignment successfully.
A few of the factors used are your linguistic performance as rated by clients and peer reviewers, your rate, your timeliness, and other data points our Auto-Pilot AI eats for breakfast.
When you fit the success predictability criteria you will see jobs available for you in your dashboard.
Tip #1: Check your dashboard multiple times a day. Job assignments are dynamic on a first come first serve basis.
Still Don't See Any Jobs?
Click on any job in the offered jobs tab, and you will see details about the word count, deadline and a sample of the text in the next screen.
Click on 'I want it' if you want to take the job.
Please only accept jobs if you are absolutely certain you can keep to the deadline. Your quality performance score and job-flow continuity depend on that.
If you are late in delivering, your quality assessment will suffer and you will not be eligible to receive new jobs.
Please tick all boxes and tick 'I got it' to go to the next screen. If you don't want to accept the job, click 'Nevermind'.
Please note that clicking on 'Nevermind' means you decline the project, it will disappear from your offered jobs and you will not be able to select it again later.
Once you have accepted, you can enter our CAT tool through the dashboard.
Your dashboard in the CAT tool will look like this, for more information on how to work with the CAT tool, check out the how-to section in this helpdesk.
