This article provides more information about choosing your password
Your username isn’t working
Your username is your email address and your password is the one you set.
Email MFA
In order to better protect our users accounts, we're now using email MFA.
When trying to login on your account, you'll be asked to check your email (registered email on our platform) and submit the code that you'll receive.
It is this simple and fast!
Note: MFA will enable your device for 120 days and then you'll be asked to update it again.
If you already have MFA enabled on your account, you'll need to pass through the MFA you already have ( using mobile application ) and then through the email MFA.
You cannot change the email address associated with your account.
Logging into the CAT tool
If you have trouble accessing our CAT tool through the Works platform, please immediately contact us at [email protected] Remember you can only access the CAT tool through the platform when you have an open job, as soon as you finish your work in the CAT tool you will no longer be able to access.
If you can't find the answer to your questions in the articles on Help Center, please go through them again in detail. We cannot provide individual assistance even though we would love to do so.
