Payment terms
- We process invoices once a month on the 1st day of the subsequent month and pay by on the fifth business day of the month following. So for jobs completed by December 31st, for instance, we will convert the jobs into invoices on January 1st. These invoices will then be paid on the 5th business day in February.
- Brazil-based residents must present the government issued invoice “Nota Fiscal” by the 5th business day for payment to be processed. Please take note that this document must include the service provider's name and that invoices without a "Nota Fiscal" will not be processed.
- All payments will be processed in USD (except for Brazil-based residents) and you can convert to your currency on your end.
We will continue to use the US Federal Reserve exchange rates as our standard. They can be found by clicking on this link.
Your invoice information will include the summary of all jobs in your currency and the final USD amount that will be transferred to you on the payment day.
