Bureau Works offers an simple and straightforward for users to share Projects summary information.
To do that, the Project Manager or Client users need to open the project details and click the button "Send Summary" (see image below):
After that, BW will load all the summarized information of the project in a form where you can inform recipient's email address and adjust message body if necessary (notice that it supports multiple email addresses separated by commas).
Finally, hit the "SEND" button.
Accessing Project Summary History
Bureau Works also stores the history of all project summary e-mails sent from the platform. To access / visualize summaries sent, go to session "Notifications & Status" within the project summary.
Notice that you can access the content of the summary e-mail by clicking the the entry corresponding to the "Summary Email Message" in the history.
