Who am I, you might ask?

I am Bureau Works, a unique localization platform.

I am the offspring of a business management system, a translation management system, a task management system, and a workflow management system.

I can parse and segment files so that you can edit them in our translation friendly editing environment shown below.

I can manage your quotes, your jobs, and your tasks.

I collect Quality Data on every single string so that we know how every content iterator is performing.

I then use this data to infer which translators are most likely to complete any given translation assignment successfully based on language pairs, subject matter, client expertise, timeliness, rates, and other relevant data points. 

I connect! I connect to Zendesk Ticketing and Help centre. I connect to GitHub, AEM, and Marketo! I connect to WordPress, Drupal, and Eloqua.  

I can monitor content changes in English or any other source language and trigger automatically all of the translation jobs necessary to update all of that content in all of the languages in which you operate.

I can keep track of the progress of all these jobs and I can provide you with a single invoice for everything to get rid of the messiness of having to manage dozens of translators or agencies.
