1. Creating an Organization
From the BWX home screen, click on the tab Organizations and then on Add Organization
Enter the information requested and click on Create to conclude the creation of the Organization (all fields are required)
Any new Organization must be associated with an Account. Only BWX SysAdmins can create Accounts. An Account is created when a new client is onboarded onto BWX.
An Organization can only be created and modified by users with the roles: SysAdmin or Account_Admin
2. Creating an Organizational Unit
From the BWX home screen, click on the tab Organizational Units and then on Add Organizational Unit
Enter the information requested and click on Create to conclude the creation of the Organizational Unit (all fields are required)
Any new Organizational Unit you will create must be associated with an Organization. You can either select an existing Organization, if you already created one or create a new one from this screen, by clicking on the Organization dropdown and then on Add Organization
