From your dashboard in Bureau Works, you can see a list of Projects that were assigned to your user and information related to each project.
At the My Projects tab, you will have all projects that are currently available for you to work on.
Each project will have the following information available:
-
Project name
-
Bureau Works Project ID
-
Client/Department who is responsible for the project
The workflow step assigned to you, the due date and the language combination will also be available in the project information. If the project has different due dates for each file, it will show the shortest one. When opening the project tab, you will be able to check each task's due date individually.
A project can have multiple tasks (files) associated with it, and this information will be available under the Total Tasks on the right-hand side:
When clicking on a project, the Tasks information will be displayed in the following format for you:
To start working on the tasks that are part of a given project, you can click on the filename to open the Bureau Works Editor or select the multiple tasks (files) available in the project and then click on Join in Editor. This will allow you to Join all files (if more than one is available for that project) and work on them in parallel with the Bureau Works Editor.
Note that you can only Join files that belong to the same project.
