1. Logging into BWX platform
From the BWX login page enter your credentials to access the platform:

- Password
⚠️ Note that both e-mail and password are case-sensitve.
1a. You can't sign in/forgot your password
From the BWX login page click on "Forgot Password?" button:
On the following page, you will enter your email address registered in BWX and an email with the instructions to set a new password will be sent.
1b. Choosing a New Password
After requesting the password reset, BWX will send you a link by email. Click the link to go to the following screen where you can choose your new password.
Important When defining a new password, make sure it meets the following criteria: - Has at least 8 characters - Has at least 1 capital letter, 1 special character and 1 number - Doesn't contain any of the following characters: / \ * ^
⚠️ Please, make sure you are searching for "orders@bureauworks.com" in all your e-mail inboxes. This should include: Inbox, Spam, Promotions and Social folders.
⚠️Every e-mail program has its own spam filter, that determines which e-mails are legit and will arrive in your inbox and which should be sent straight to the spam folder. We kindly ask the users to add orders@bureauworks.com on their Allow/Safelist. This will prevent our e-mails to be read as Spam, Junk Mail, etc.
⚠️Note that after five logging in unsuccessful attempts, the user will be temporarily blocked due to security measures. Our Support Team will need to be contacted to start the unblocking procedure. Considering this, we always recommend the user ask for help before that.
